Carroll Street Condominiums in Carroll Gardens - Brooklyn, NY
A mixed use conversion of an existing warehouse. Working with a developer we designed two commercial spaces on the ground floor and eight condo units above. We completed the Design through Construction Document phases until the project was put on hold for financial reasons. I was involved in all phases of the project and was mainly responsible for the design and detail of the interior spaces.
The Standish - Brooklyn, NY
Interior renovation of a 96 unit rental building in Brooklyn Heights. I was involved in developing the Building Department and Construction Documents drawing sets.
Competitions
At Standard Architects I worked on competition entries for the White House Redux and Red Hook Vendors Competitions.
Blog
I helped create and maintain a Blog for Standard Architects. This served as an intranet to share information, calendar sharing, and various links.

At Standard Architects my tasks included producing NYC Building Department sets, and Schematic through Construction details and drawing documents. I also produced renderings using Google SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop, as well as designing and updating various portfolios and mailings.

Frederic Fekkai Salons - Various Locations
SRG created a new vision for Fekkai’s salon and retail style beginning with a new salon in Henri Bendel NYC. I was responsible for carrying out the concept and applying it to new salons throughout the US. I produced Construction Documents for six new salons including SOHO, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
56th Street Residence - Upper East Side, NYC
This project was a complete gut renovation and rebuild, including finishes, custom cabinets and built-ins and new furnishings. I helped produce schematic through Construction Documents for this 3,000 sq. ft. private residence in NYC.
Greene Street Residence - SOHO, NYC
When I started working at SRG the Greene street residence has just begun construction. I assisted in project management for this private residence, which was a full renovation including new finishes, custom cabinets built-ins and metal work, as well as furnishings.

At S. Russell Groves I was responsible for NYC Building Department sets, Schematic through Construction details and drawing documents as well as renderings using Google SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.

One Brooklyn Bridge Park - Brooklyn, NY
At CDA I was involved in a 1 million sq. ft. high-end residential conversion of an existing warehouse in Brooklyn Heights, NY. This project had already gone through the construction document phase when I started, my tasks were to produce some additional details in addition to the CD set and to propose the Interior finishes. I produced the Interiors package, which included design and material selection as well as massing and schematic renderings using 3dmax6.

Carmelhill Architects East Islip, NY
Junior Architect July 2003-May 2005

Carmelhill Architects is a very small residential firm which specializes primarily in designing additions to existing Single Family Residences, and some ground up residences. Using Vectorworks I successfully designed and produced Construction documents for many Long Island residences. I was also involved in the filing process for permits at various Building Departments on Long Island.
